A jackal assassin in Sahara City who wants Caleb and Shinji dead for their actions. The leader of the miners' guild in Gloomholt. The Psychic-type gym leader Hal's going to eventually face. Suggestions needed.

Gloomholt is a town with two big things about it: its turquoise mines and its entertainment district. It's pretty far from any major towns, but is a tourist destination for the latter part. Some of it has a Gothic aesthetic to it. Residents Groups Locations Gloomholt Catacombs: Built into the turquoise mines, the catacombs are the oldest part of the city.

I saw @DragonKnightDai92 do this with a few of his locations, so I thought I'd do the same. It's a large seaside town on the other side of a mysterious foggy forest, being the main base of Caleb's team--and his hometown.
